Both our SMT lines are equipped with the same brand of SMT and reflow machines, enabling us to have a backup plan where hardware, accessories, and software can be shared between the lines. Additionally, we have a third Semi-Auto solder paste printer. All these measures are in place to ensure a seamless transition to another machine, minimizing any downtime and eliminating production delays.

2x Automatic SMT lines:

• GKG large boards supported high precise solder paste printers with 2D inspection system;
• Hanwha(SAMSUNG TECHWIN) high speed and mix function pick and place machines;
• Vitronics Soltec 7 and 10 zone mash and adjustable rail equipped reflow oven;
• 3D Automatic inspection machines(AOI);
• PCB and components baking oven.

Through Hole Assembly line:

• Juki Cube selective Soldering machine;
• Dip Soldering Machine;
• Manual soldering stations with Hakko solder station, Hot Air Gun station etc.

Other Equipment:

• BGA reworking station;
• Selective conformal coating machine;
• Reel parts Counting machine and Counting Scale;
• Eyeletting machines;
• Press equipment;
• Cable assembly machines;
• eg. Auto cutting&stripping machine, clamping tools.

All the soldering machine and manual soldering station equipment air-filter and ventilation systems to prevent a clean working environment.
