  • Consigned or kitted assembly: the customer supplies the parts, and SAPA completes the required manufacturing work.
  • Combined sourcing: the customer supplies selected items while SAPA procures the remaining materials.

Match the assembly process to the product

SAPA’s PCB assembly services support Surface Mount Technology (SMT), through-hole assembly, fine-pitch components, Ball Grid Array (BGA) packages, 0201 packages, and rigid-flex printed circuit boards. These capabilities allow the production process to be selected around the board design instead of treating every assembly as identical.

When a project extends beyond the circuit board, SAPA can also provide electro-mechanical assembly, firmware loading, functional testing based on customer instructions, and final product integration. Build inspection into production

Boards then move through Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), visual inspection, or project-specific testing as required.
